The Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India, Indo-U.S. Science and Technology Forum (IUSSTF) and WINStep have set up the prestigious Khorana Program for Scholars. This program is to remember Dr. Har Gobind Khorana, a nobel prize recipient in 1968.
Objectives:
- Exposing Indian students to international research techniques.
- Encouraging research in Biotechnology and allied areas.
- Promoting research among post-graduate students as a career.
- Initiating an age of future scientists in forming ong-term sustainable R & D linkages and collaborations.
