Role:
This is full-time role focused on IT Projects with the ability to deliver against strict deadlines and business requirements.
The person will work on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. The person will be responsible for software development activities of KPMG, India. Part of the development team, he/she will work on the full life cycle of the process, develop code and unit testing. He/she will work closely with Technical Architect, Business Analyst, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones. Additionally, the person will ensure that all development practices are in compliance with KPMG’s best practices policies and procedures. This role requires quick ramp up on new technologies whenever required.

A PMO supports the Project or Program Manager / Director in early detection and management of risks, while ensuring overall control of plans, financial results, reporting, quality, team and stakeholder management, by demonstrating leadership and autonomy in any of the PMO services and by standing-in for the Program Director when needed.
 Additionally, the Project Office Manager ensures project or program workforce has a thorough understanding of processes, executes them according to standards and increases speed and ensure repeatability of delivery by consistent application of methodology.Â
Ensure the project is strictly following the existing methodology, as applicable.Â
Able to use and improve Atos systems, processes and standard for managing and controlling projects Organize & chair program meetings.Â
Structure communication and follow actions. Manage the team to provide the reports complete and on time.
 Ensure absolute quality and accuracy in all reports
Set up, maintain, and ensure the quality of the Program Repository Establish a communication strategy Proactively seek customer feedback and take appropriate action.
 Recommend feasible improvements.
 Influences key stakeholders to agree in-flight changes to the project approach
QUALIFICATIONS required for consultant job:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology , Engineering, or a related field.
- B.E / B.Tech/ BCA/ MBA/ MCA Full-Time Education
