Basic Eligibility is a Masters degree. If one thinks he/she is an exceptionally good candidate, the concerned candidate can apply for a direct PhD after BTech/B.E. with a valid GATE score.
The financial assistance for the PhD program under MoE (Ministry of Education) category across all departments is 5 years.
