DRDO recruitment 2022 is currently underway for 6 new junior research fellow vacancies wherein candidates will be engaged on a temporary basis. The vacancies are available at the Electronics and Radar Development Establishment (LRDE), which is one of the research and development establishments set up under the Defence Research and Development Organisation to address the needs of defence services in the field of radar and related technologies. Those selected will be paid a monthly salary of Rs 31,000.
Who Can Apply for DRDO Recruitment 2022?
The latest DRDO recruitment notification says that there are 6 new vacancies for which candidates with a graduate degree from recognised university in professional course such as BE or BTech in first division with GATE or postgraduate degree from a recognised university in professional course such as ME or MTech) in first division both at graduate and postgraduate level in the following streams of engineering can apply:

The initial offer will be made for a period of 2 years, which is extendable up to a maximum of 4 years as per provisions of scheme of research fellows in DRDO. Candidates who wish to apply will have to be below 28 years of age as on 30 June 2022. However, the upper age limit will be relaxable to the candidates belonging to scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and OBC as per Government of India rules.
How to Apply for DRDO Recruitment 2022?
Interested and eligible candidates will have to apply through either the official website of DRDO or RAC online before 3 July 2022. The applicants will have to upload the supporting documents while submitting online applications. Short-listed candidates will be intimated by email and will be called for a written test or online interview in Bengaluru tentatively during first week of July 2022.
