Flipkart GRiD is the flagship engineering campus challenge by Flipkart, now in its sixth edition for B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.S. This prestigious competition invites engineering students to leverage their technical knowledge and skills to solve real-world e-commerce problems. The challenge has evolved, becoming bigger and better, and attracts top engineering minds globally.

Eligibility & Team Rules:
- Open to students pursuing B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.S or related engineering programs across all engineering colleges in India (Batch 2025, 2026, 2027 & 2028).
- Teams must comprise 1 to 3 members.
- Cross-specialization and cross-campus teams are allowed.
- Students from any specialization can participate.
- One person cannot be a member of more than one team.
- Deviation from these rules results in immediate disqualification.
Competition Stages:
- Level 1 – E-Commerce & Tech Quiz:
- All registered teams must take an online quiz.
- Scoring is based on the average marks of team members.
- The quiz assesses E-Commerce Trivia (reference: Flipkart Stories) and technology knowledge.
- Ranking considers accuracy, speed, and start time.
- Level 2 – Submission Round:
- Shortlisted teams submit solutions for their chosen problem statement.
- Submissions include a functional proof of concept, demo video, and code.
- Teams are evaluated on their performance to advance.
- Level 3 – The National Finale:
- Finalists present their solutions to a panel of Flipkart domain experts.
Rewards and Prizes:
- Winners receive EGVs worth INR 1,00,000.
- First Runners-Up receive EGVs worth INR 75,000.
- Level 1 qualifying teams and finalists receive certificates of merit.
- Top-performing teams from Level 2 are considered for internships and full-time tech roles at Flipkart.
- Finalists get Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs) for tech roles (internship/full-time).
Career Opportunities:
- Top teams qualify for the hiring process for tech internships and full-time roles.
- Finalists secure PPIs with compensation packages: Internship stipend of INR 1,00,000 per month, and SDE-1 Role Compensation of INR 32 LPA.
