Tech Mahindra and HCL Plans to hire more than 46000 Freshers

According to some reports on march 31st 2022 HCL Technologies had 208,877 employees. There were 11,000 net hires in the fourth quarter of FY22 and 39,900 net hires for the entire fiscal year.

HCL Technologies has revealed its plans to hire at least 45,000 freshers and young employees in the fiscal year FY23 to meet rising demand and employee turnover. There were 23,000 entry-level freshers hired in FY22.

On March 31, 2022, HCL Technologies had 208,877 employees. There were 11,000 net hires in the fourth quarter of FY22 and 39,900 net hires for the entire fiscal year. The total number of employees comes from 165 different countries, and around 28% of all employees worldwide are women.

The company plans to hire undergraduates with a minimum of 60% in their 10th and 12th grades and those who have completed their BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, MBA, or another appropriate undergraduate degree. Associates, executives, associate engineers, business management trainees, etc., are all being hired by HCL Tech. Not just freshers, the company also has various opportunities for experienced professionals in numerous fields. Apart from this, the IT giant also plans to offer work from home and work from anywhere options to their employees.

In recent events on Monday Technology Major firm Tech Mahindra said it would likely to hire 1,000 people in FY22-23 for its newly inaugurated campus in Tidel Park Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The hiring exercise will be part of the company’s aim to tap local talent.

The new campus, which is more than 10,000 square feet, will concentrate on creating Coimbatore’s next-generation technological cluster. For the company’s international clients, it will provide cutting-edge solutions in a variety of market sectors, including the automotive, banking, e-commerce, financial, and research & development industries.

“The campus will focus on building latest technological stack corresponding to intelligent automation, artificial intelligence/robotic process automation, full-stack development, customer experience (CX), as well as other next-gen application development and management skills (ADMS) skills,” said Harshvendra Soin, global chief people officer and head of marketing at Tech Mahindra.
