HCL Technologies has revealed its plans to hire at least 45,000 freshers and young employees in the fiscal year FY23 to meet rising demand and employee turnover. There were 23,000 entry-level freshers hired in FY22.

The company plans to hire undergraduates with a minimum of 60% in their 10th and 12th grades and those who have completed their BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, MBA, or another appropriate undergraduate degree. Associates, executives, associate engineers, business management trainees, etc., are all being hired by HCL Tech. In recent events on Monday Technology Major firm Tech Mahindra said it would likely to hire 1,000 people in FY22-23 for its newly inaugurated campus in Tidel Park Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The hiring exercise will be part of the company’s aim to tap local talent.
The new campus, which is more than 10,000 square feet, will concentrate on creating Coimbatore’s next-generation technological cluster. For the company’s international clients, it will provide cutting-edge solutions in a variety of market sectors, including the automotive, banking, e-commerce, financial, and research & development industries.
“The campus will focus on building latest technological stack corresponding to intelligent automation, artificial intelligence/robotic process automation, full-stack development, customer experience (CX), as well as other next-gen application development and management skills (ADMS) skills,” said Harshvendra Soin, global chief people officer and head of marketing at Tech Mahindra.
