The Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGN), a public technical university situated in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, and declared an Institute of National Importance by the Government of India, is inviting applications from students pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees for its summer research internship.
The internship will run for a minimum of 8 weeks between May 5 and July 15, 2024. Selected candidates will receive a stipend of Rs 2000/- per week. Established in 2008, the IIT Gandhinagar campus spans over 400 acres of land along the river Sabarmati.
ABOUT THE SUMMER RESERACH INTERNSHIP:
The program aims at bringing the motivated students from prominent institutions across the country right here on our campus. It will allow undergraduate and master students to participate in the cutting edge research projects; they undergo mentorship by IIT Gandhinagar faculty and get exposure to the state of the art laboratories and instrumentation facilities available on campus
The online application has opened from 10 February 2024. The closing date for submission of online application is 05 March 2024.
All students who have successfully completed SRIP according to their faculty guides will be provided certificates towards the end.
