The Social Shifters Global Innovation Challenge invites young leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs (aged 18-30) with groundbreaking ideas to address urgent social and environmental issues. We seek highly innovative ideas, projects, and business solutions that make a difference in communities worldwide. Whether your idea is at the concept stage or already in motion, we welcome submissions from any corner of the globe.

The Fitch Group x Social Shifters Global Education Challenge
Addressing the Education Crisis:
Access to education is a fundamental human right that fosters socio-economic mobility and offers a path out of poverty. However, 244 million children and young people worldwide are deprived of education due to social, economic, and cultural barriers (Source: UNESCO). Additionally, 70% of 10-year-olds cannot understand simple written text, highlighting a crisis in education exacerbated by the pandemic, violence, armed conflict, disasters, and gender inequality.
Mission:
The Fitch Group x Social Shifters Global Education Challenge aims to empower young people (aged 18-30) to develop and grow ideas that improve access to free, high-quality education for all. We are particularly interested in innovative solutions that:
- Expand access to basic mathematics and literacy skills
- Promote financial inclusion through education
- Deliver education to remote and rural communities
- Eliminate gender disparities in education
We seek sustainable solutions that can be scaled and replicated across different regions.
