The Government of Romania, under the aegis of the Cultural Exchange Program for Indian Students for the period 2022-27, is offering 20 scholarships to Indian students for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral studies or research stages in various university disciplines (except medical studies). This offer is valid for the Academic Year 2024-25.

About the Exchange Program for Indian Students
Students should fill out the enclosed application form and send it electronically to es3.edu@nic.in with all required documents as specified in the Annexure. The deadline for submitting application forms is May 26, 2024.
The Ministry of Education, Government of India, has no role in the nomination and selection of candidates except for receiving applications from interested and eligible students via mail and forwarding them to the Embassy of Romania.
