IIT Delhi offers online course on advanced computer architecture

IIT Delhi, via NPTEL, is offering an advanced computer architecture course for Computer Science professionals and students.Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi is offering an online advanced course on computer architecture focusing on GPUs, out-of-order pipelines, and compiler techniques. The 12-weeks course will start on July 26 and end on October 15. It is followed by the exam that will be conducted on October 23, 2021. Interested candidates can apply for the course by August 2, 2021, with a fee of Rs 1000.

The course will be conducted by Dr Smruti R Sarangi who is serving as Associate Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering department at IIT Delhi. He has completed his B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur and PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. He has served as a faculty member of IIT Delhi, IBM Research Labs, and Synopsys Research.
