Requirement: Law Undergraduate (BBA LLB/ B.COM LLB/ BA LLB/ LLB)
Eligibility: Final semester of 3/5 year LLB
Period: October 2023 onwards
Term: 12 weeks of internship, extension shall be on performance basis
Mode: Work from home/field (5 days a week)
Timings: 9:30/10 am to 6:30/7 pm including lunch hours (60 mins)
Location: New Delhi, NCR Belt
(Applicable to residents/students with a full physical presence to the selected city only)
Roles and responsibilities(Law Winter internship):
Work assignments shall comprise of online and offline anti-counterfeiting investigations and related assistance around IP violations (Trademark/copyright infringements);
Required Skills:
1. Open and willing to learning and explore new IP related criminal and civil laws and law enforcement;
2. Open to tasks/responsibilities/turnaround period of start-up culture;
3. Open to drafting, investigating, market surveys, online surveys for brand protection solutions for multiple business transactions/situations in the FMCG sector;
4. Open to work religiously and extensively on every assignment and task at hand;
Takeaways:
1. IPR grass root level exposure across the whole brand protection cycle for global brands;
2. In-house and field exposure of soft and hard skills to operate in the field of brand protection;
