HCL Technologies has revealed its plans to hire at least 45,000 freshers and young employees in the fiscal year FY23 to meet rising demand and employee turnover. There were 23,000 entry-level freshers hired in FY22.

The company plans to hire undergraduates with a minimum of 60% in their 10th and 12th grades and those who have completed their BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, MBA, or another appropriate undergraduate degree. Associates, executives, associate engineers, business management trainees, etc., are all being hired by HCL Tech.
