University of Delhi Opens PhD Admission 2022-23 

University of Delhi, a Central University, has announced Admission to PhD Admission for 2022-23. The application portal has opened from 26 July 2021 for PG and PhD Admission.

Admission to PhD Program is through DUET 2022, followed by an interview. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been entrusted with the conduct of Delhi University Entrance Test.

The admission to the Program is through an entrance test, which results in the shortlisting of the candidates for the interview. It may be noted that certain Departments may have mode of evaluation other than Interview. Candidate may refer to the Departmental website directly for the details.

Key Dates: The closing date for submission of online application is 30 June 2022.

The dates for Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET 2022) will be declared by DU later.

Application Fees:

Registration fee (non-refundable) for the written examination is the following:

SC/ST/EWS/PwBD Rs. 300/-

Unreserved/EWS and OBC(NL) Rs. 750/-

List of Department offering PhD Programmes:  A total of 49 departments are offering PhD Programmes. The total number of vacant seats are 1350.
