- The main role of a Support engineer is to troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Fusion Cloud functional problems.
- Effectively communicates with team members, customers and management.
- Shift: Should be ready for night shift as well. ( Shifts: 3pm-12 , 6.30 to 3.30 am,10.30 pm to 7.30 am)
