Common Scholarship Test (CST 2.0)
The A mega Common Scholarship Test (CST 2.0) in its 2nd edition is being organized by Assam down town University wherein Rs 5 crore has been reserved to benefit deserving candidates from all over the country who will be selected based on marks obtained in the test. 10th and 12th pass candidates from any stream are eligible to apply. Students who have appeared for their 10th or 12th board exams and are waiting for their results can also register for the test.
In pursuance of the firm commitment to support the academic aspirations of families in providing higher education opportunities to their children, the Assam down town University has been undertaking this initiative for the last several years. The selected candidates can expect to be rewarded with huge discounts on their semester fees which will help to lighten their financial load.
Interested candidates will have to take the 60-minute online test in the MCQ format (Multiple Choice Questions), which will have no negative marking. The General Knowledge and Basic English section shall be compulsory for all students, while the other two subjects shall be according to the students’ respective streams of study.
