Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree is required. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities (verbal and written), and the ability to clearly express their thoughts. They should be detail-oriented and well organized, able to handle multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in setting and meeting service level agreements, improving process performance and quality, and managing complex operational issues is necessary. A background in a highly analytical, results-driven environment is also required. The candidate should have strong process definition and optimization skills and a proven ability to create efficient and scalable processes, as well as identify and eliminate defects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications is also necessary. The candidate should have the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers.
