About the Academic Manager Job:
They are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Manager – Academic Alliance to join their growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to forge partnerships with academic institutions (schools, colleges, universities) across India.
- Act as the primary point of contact for academic institutions, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Identify and understand the scholarship needs of academic institutions and their students.
- Design and customize scholarship programs tailored to the specific requirements of partner institutions.
- Manage the entire scholarship lifecycle, from program design and promotion to application review, selection, and award disbursement.
- Track and analyze program impact, measuring key metrics such as student participation, scholarship utilization, and partner satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the scholarship landscape, identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
- Proactively identify and address any challenges faced by partner institutions or students regarding scholarships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to academic institutions, showcasing ScholarsBox.in’s value proposition and scholarship programs.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Academic Alliance program at ScholarsBox.in.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with academic institutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the Indian education system and scholarship landscape is a plus.
