The Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati’s Department of Computer Science and Engineering is offering its Summer Internship program for the period of May to July 2024. This program presents students with a remarkable opportunity to engage in hands-on learning, research, and collaboration under the guidance of experienced faculty members of IIT Guwahati.
Running from 15th May to 15th July 2024, it aims to provide invaluable exposure to the latest developments and challenges in the field of computer science and engineering.
Eligibility
The institution has not set any specific criteria in terms of CGPA. Applicants are encouraged to have at least three years (six semesters) in the B.Tech/ B.E. Computer Science program by the summer of 2024.
Additional Information
After joining the internship program candidates will get a chance to learn from the esteemed faculty of IIT Guwahati. A comprehensive list of faculty members hosting the interns is provided on the department’s website along with their areas of interest.
Typically, up to three students can intern under a faculty member and the selection of interns will be at the discretion of respective faculty members.
Upon successful completion of the internship, participants will receive a certificate from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Guwahati. Accommodation and mess facilities will also be provided by IIT Guwahati at nominal charges (This facility is subject to availability).
