Job Role – HR Operations
- Payroll 1.1 Secures attendance approvals from Business Heads/Big Bet Heads. 1.2 Coordinates with external payroll vendors. 1.3 Liaises with Finance, Admin, and Program teams from a payroll perspective. 1.4 Manages and shares payroll-related MIS with respective teams. 1.5 Communicates with external payroll vendors and internal teams regarding payroll. 1.6 Shares Form 16 and facilitates related calls. 1.7 Provides TDS support.
- Separation 2.1 Obtains transfer approvals from Business Heads/Big Bet Heads. 2.2 Coordinates with external payroll vendors. 2.3 Works with Admin, Program, Finance, and Tech teams on full and final No Objection processes. 2.4 Manages full and final payments. 2.5 Handles MIS related to separation. 2.6 Communicates with external payroll vendors and internal teams regarding separation. 2.7 Shares experience letters and full and final statements, facilitating related calls. 2.8 Closes personal files by sharing documents with the Onboarding team.
- Transfer 3.1 Secures transfer approvals from Business Heads/Big Bet Heads. 3.2 Coordinates with external payroll vendors. 3.3 Works with Finance, Admin, reimbursement, and Program teams on transfer processes. 3.4 Issues internal transfer letters. 3.5 Manages MIS related to separation/transfer. 3.6 Communicates with external payroll vendors and internal teams regarding transfer. 3.7 Shares Form 16 and facilitates related calls.
- Employee Verification 4.1 Manages and responds to verification requests from former employees.
- Audit Support 5.1 Provides support from payroll, transfer, and separation perspectives. 5.2 Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders. 5.3 Shares compliance, payroll, transfer, and separation data.
- Compliance 6.1 Shares and coordinates the creation and payment of challans. 6.2 Manages registration processes.
- MIS 7.1 Consolidates and shares data with respective teams. 7.2 Acts as the custodian of organizational data. 7.3 Maintains knowledge of the budget.
- HRMS Portal 8.1 Supports consolidation, implementation, and rollout.
Desirable Qualification & Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel and data management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility in collaboration and project delivery.
- Capability to learn and deliver.
- Relevant work experience of 2-5 years in the development sector.
- PG Diploma/MBA in HR.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
