The BEL-THALES Systems Limited (BTSL), a Government of India Enterprise has announced a recruitment drive for experienced professionals in various capacities. The company is a joint venture between Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) and Thales, France that specializes in the design, development, marketing, supply, and support of civilian and select defense radars for both Indian and global markets.
The selection process for the recruitment drive at BEL-THALES Systems Limited involves a systematic approach to identifying and appointing qualified candidates for the positions of Accounts Officer and Deputy Engineers.
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are required to undergo a written test. The written test will cover topics related to the specific job role including technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and domain-specific expertise.
The candidates who successfully qualify in the written test will be shortlisted for the interview stage. The final selection will be based on the performance in both the written test and the interview.
Apart from that, outstation candidates who will be called for the interview will be reimbursed to and fro rail fare by the shortest route.
